• Return window: 30 days from the delivery date.
• Refund type: Store credit only (no refunds to original payment method).
• Return shipping: Free — we cover the cost and provide a prepaid label.
• Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have tags attached.
• Final sale: Custom/made-to-order items are final sale, except for defects or our error.
